Subaru Outback Apartment

 

So, I have this high mileage Subaru Outback and I figured that since it gets good gas mileage and can be slept in that I would save money by driving it width-wise across the country and back.

Here it is pictured in my campsite with the awning deployed, the heat shields deployed, and bug screen deployed.

the back-most window has a heat shield with the stealth mode side out, the middle window has its heat shield with reflective side out, and the front window has bug screen held in place with white magnets.

The cross breeze provided by the two front windows being open is critical in this August heat.
